Steven K. Schwartz II. | Founding Member

Attorney Steven K. Schwartz II is the founding member of The Schwartz Law Firm, PLLC in Houston Texas which focuses on Probate and Estate Planning. He assists his clients with a wide range of probate issues including probate, estate settlement and administrations, disputes among heirs, mortgage and property tax foreclosures on estate property, wills, estate plans, trusts, and guardianships.

Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of Rutgers State University and Texas Southern University’s historic Thurgood Marshall School of Law. And is a member of the State Bar College, Houston Bar Association and serves as Attorney Ad Litem in both Harris and Galveston Counties.

Mr. Schwartz is a member of Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church where he participates in the music ministry every Sunday. He is a proud husband and father of three beautiful children. In his spare time he enjoys watching the Giants beat the Cowboys.

Marida Curry

Business Development Manager and Legal Assistant

Marida Curry brings to our practice years of experience in financial services and working with people. She has previously worked as a securities trader for D.E. Frey and Company, Inc. and most recently as a business banking specialist at Wells Fargo Bank. Her experience in the financial sector is invaluable to our clients, as she is able to help them navigate more swiftly the red tape that often exists in financial institutions.

Marida is a proud graduate of The University of Houston, obtaining both a bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Business Administration.
